Abstract in English: The aim of this research is to reveal the effectiveness of using the interactive whiteboard in developing the reading skills of students with reading disabilities in the second grade. And the impact of its use on developing reading skills for students with learning disabilities in the basic education stage. And revealing the attitudes of teachers of learning disabilities towards using the interactive whiteboard. And the positives of that using and obstacles in the educational process. The researcher adopted the experimental and descriptive approach, and the study tools included the pre and posttest, a program for using the interactive whiteboard, the interview, and these tools were applied to (16) male and female students in two experimental and control groups. The questionnaire was also applied to (106) teachers of learning disabilities to identify the trends and advantages of using the interactive whiteboard and its obstacles. The study tools were treated with the statistical methods of each tool, and the research found that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental and control group students in the post-measurement of the test in reading skills. In favor of the experimental group, and there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the average scores of the experimental group students between the tribal and remote measurements of the reading skills test in favor of the post-measurement, and that there were no statistically significant differences between males and females in the average post-measurement scores of the experimental group. The study also reached agreement among the students of the experimental group and their preference for learning using the interactive whiteboard, as this contributed to increasing their learning speed, interaction, and motivation towards learning. and accordingly, the researcher recommended the importance of using the interactive whiteboard and providing more of it in the educational halls in a way that allows teachers and students to make optimal use of this technology, to work on removing the obstacles that limit the use of the interactive board.
