The outstanding and far-reaching knowledge of Sheikh Abdurrahman among his contemporaries cannot be over-emphasized. Several of his scientific and da’wah efforts have over come the intellectual delinquency trends of his time. He has left behind a rich source of knowledge. Among his works is Safwat al-Athar wa al-Mafahim Min tafsir al-Qur'an al-Athem, a book consisting of numerous educational instructions, scientifitic criticisms and shari´ah deductions which proide evidence for the relationship between Qur’anic verses and human life. Consequently, a Muslim life will be guided by al-Qur'an and ultimately become a pure Islamic identity. It is worthy to note that one of the prominent topics that were thoroughly considered by the Sheikh in his book is the confrontation of the Jewish-masons. With strong reliance on the Islamic creed and the Qur’anic semblance, the unending efforts of the Sheikh to expose their plans and strategies were successfully manifested. He recounted that the Islamic strategy which centers on an undiluted faith in serving Allah is the simplest methodology and approach to encounter and deal with problems initiated by the leader of the satanic group (Masonic). This research, as addressed by the Sheikh, also addresses the strategic plans of the Masonic group by making Islam responsible for directing Muslims' ethical conducts and guiding their affairs. It also takes into account the methodologies of the Sheikh in facing the psychological warfare of intellectual delinquencies by encouraging the Muslims to be firm with their religion and make it a source of pride in their life. Lastly, this study analyses the fundamentals of these methodologies in facing any of these diverse challenges.en_US
