Abstract in English: The main idea of this research is the identification of rules and criteria for the work of woman in Islamic law, in order to know the reality of the mistakes of Saudi woman worker at the moment where the Islamic law and Saudi system of law include the resolutions that issued in 1408 AH, corresponding to 1987, which part of it include the decision of the council No. 1 / m 19/1405, this decisions include that work should be appropriate to the nature of women, to do her job in the place where separated for men, also to do her job in a good manner of deportment and modesty, and to wear the proper attire that is according to the Islamic Law, However, the Ministry of Labor and private enterprises did not restrict these decisions, particularly the decisions with regard to the contracts of works, private enterprises that deals with working of woman. Moreover, this research through its inductive method for collecting different views and justifications in every part of the study, and through analytical method which include the discussion and analyzing the disadvantages of implementing laws for the work of woman and finding solutions for correcting which are the wrongs in order to be in accordance with the Islamic Laws and the system of work for woman in Saudi Arabia based on system of the Ministry of labor in Saudi, also research used applied method, which is for the reviewing of the texts for its applications in the reality, in order to be in accordance with the principles of Islamic Law and the Saudi system of women`s work, In conclusion, the researcher found that the system of work needs more regulations and re-in formatting of decisions in order to fill the gaps in providing a system which will allow the work of woman without rules, where this will bring new change for the working of woman without rules, and become the work of woman in the text of the rules for system civil service to work without restricted provided rules, beside this, the system of services have the general rules of work, which did not provided particular rules for the work of woman, where she needs special interpretation of the rules that provided particularly on her.
