dc.description.abstractThe research seeks to highlight its focus on the international relationships with regards to its conceptual understanding, its origin and the theoretical foundations that are specialized in its study. The researcher is keen to present the most important historical events of the international relationships throughout various ages. The research depends on the descriptive approach in which the researcher has concluded her research on it as its methodology by looking into and examining the contexts of the documents contained in the Charter of the United Nations and the fundamental pillars of the international relationships as well throughout the analytical method. Moreover, the basic international relationships and the pillars and also through the analytical method. The significance of the research is to ultimately reach at the conviction that Islamic religion is a religion of credibility in the people’s interaction thus the fact that our Islamic legacy can replace the policies of secular countries that can merely identify their own self-centered interests. The paramount objective of this research is centered in an attempt to reach a convincing answer to the enemies of Islam and Muslims who aim to distort the image of Islam in general and consequently, this research will attempt to provide people with a full awareness of the rules and regulations of Islam in international relations as well as to clarify the principles of international relations and international law. Furthermore, to elucidate the difference between the principles of international relations, Islamic law and international law. The research has summed up its final findings in the form of briefed tables of the further most crucial differences between the principles of international relations, international law and the principles of Islamic law. Since Almighty God has put a consistent framework on the international relations taking into account how to examine all the foundations and the rules that govern the said relations without oppressing any rule of the these regulations. Hence, the basic principles underlying Islam in international and humanitarian relations, including the humane behavior and governance among the people with justice regardless of their ethnicities and religions. Whilst, in the aspect of the international law, even if there was a similarity in the principles, but in the reality status, there are many of the immoderations of those principles to serve the interests of their own countries. The researcher has ended her research work with the recommendations and future work for future scholars and researchers to investigate.en_US
