Questionnaires were distributed to all secondary school principals in Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur. The respondents showed their level of knowledge on the basic concepts of TQM by answering true .or false on twenty statements. Then, a five point Likert scale was used for measuring both the perceptions of barriers to TQM and their expectations from it. | Degree Level: | Master | Call Number: | t LB2831.926M4G614P 1998 | Kullliyah: | Kulliyyah of Economics and Management Sciences | Programme: | Master of Management | URI: | http://studentrepo.iium.edu.my/jspui/handle/123456789/3614 | URL: | https://lib.iium.edu.my/mom/services/mom/document/getFile/U5nB6wRL0JXkRPwD2Y4kQszHaZLBWca420070214145531531 |
