The major components which effective influencing people to share knowledge in ISBT were investigated. The survey method and descriptive statistics were applied for data analysis. The sample comprised 273 senior executives from the twenty seven branches of ISBT. The findings revealed that generally intrinsic motivating is the dominant factor influencing senior executives to share their knowledge. Furthermore, they viewed that interest and enjoyment are the main components of this factor.
