Abstract in English: This study seeks to determine the impact of organizational learning and its relation to the satisfaction of teachers and their performance at the schools of Al-Dhahirah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher applied the descriptive survey approach, which is consistent with the nature and aims of this study. Besides, the researcher applied the quantitative approach by utilizing the cross-sectional method in collecting the study data. The study population includes (3853) male and female teachers from the schools of Al Dhahirah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman for the academic year 2020 - 2021, while the study sample consists of (560) male and female teachers, who were selected by the simple random sampling method. To accomplishing the aims of the study, the researcher developed the study tool (the questionnaire) depending on three scientific theories to develop its variables (dimensions, paragraphs), and to utilize from previous studies. To analyze the descriptive study data (arithmetic means, standard deviations, frequencies, and percentages), the SPSS statistical package program (SPSS) was used. To assess the validity and reliability of the data, a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was conducted in the AMOS program, and structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied to study the structural relationships among the study variables. The findings of the study disclosed a high positive relationship between organizational learning, and teacher satisfaction. Moreover, they implied that there is a high positive relationship between organizational learning and teachers' performance, as well as the existence of a positive relationship between the teachers' satisfaction and their performance in the schools of Al Dhahirah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The study recommends that there is a necessity to provide the suitable care and full support to the teachers depending on their social status and role on developing and reinforcing the community. Besides, viable programs and training courses that contribute to raising the efficiency, expertise and skills of male and female teachers should be introduced. There is also a need to provide incentives and rewards to encourage outstanding teachers, which enhances the teacher's feeling of satisfaction and increases the level of their commitment to the school, and the competition among them to achieve the best performance and the highest achievement.
