Abstract in English: Since learning is the best way of acquiring knowledge, applying it and benefiting from it in life, teaching Arabic language, with its different sciences, to non-Arabic speaking students as well as learning it occupies an important position. It important because it is a key to many sciences orioginally written in it, even if those sciences have been translated into other languages. Languages are the means of both human communication and the acquisition of knowledge and sciences. The process of knowledge acquisition depends on different factors, such as the desires, abilities, emotional aptitudes, and motor skills of the learner, as well as his motives and goals. Poetry is the art of language and aesthetic creativity, including the romantic modern poetry. Nizar Qabbani is one of this poetry school pioneers. Thus, the idea was to teach Arabic rhetoric to non-Arabic speaking students, and to prepare a proposed study program using his first four romantic poetry collections: “Samara told me,” “Nahd’s Childhood,” “Samba” and “You are mine.” The researcher seeks to design four study units in learning Arabic rhetoric dealing with topics taken from the methods of the two sciences of al-Bayan and al-Badi', from the sciences of Arabic rhetoric, the effectiveness of using romantic poetry that carries human values for Nizar Qabbani in learning Arabic rhetoric, and trying fill in the existing gap in the curricula of teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers, especially those that do not employ romantic poetry in learning Arabic rhetoric. This experience will enrich the teaching of Arabic through new curricula and methods that employ poetry to accommodate the four skills. Guidelines have been prepared and included in the Teacher Guide for teaching the proposed study program, and a post-test will be implemented with students at the end of teaching the typical unit (Unit One) which will be implemented at the start of the program to assess the students' knowledge. To know the students' needs and their motives, the researcher used a questionnaire and an exploratory study through interview questions with the teachers. In his study, the researcher followed the descriptive method, the analytical method, and the experimental design approach. The study has highlighted some important results, one of which is the effectiveness of romantic poetry in the learning of rhetoric for non-Arabic speakers, which will, therefore, facilitate the learning and teaching of Arabic to them by their teachers, which achieved the research objective through studying the exemplary study unit. The conclusion and the statistical results reinforce the applicability of this type of learning in the educational and social contexts.
