This research examines the fundamentals of the sharia and their connection and applications on the new media as a cultural tool of the 21st century. The researcher presents the Islamic experience in the new media, its effectiveness and its success, and how it could be utilized in the call to God, which is the profession of the prophets, and messengers throughout the ages. The research concluded that the application of Sharia standards to the media obstructs it, and the implementation of the rules of information on the Sharia, to remove it from its content and its constants, and then a compromise must be found that does not spoil the legitimacy criteria and does not disrupt the media work.en_US
